Love holidays are so easy to use, and It's actually great if you have an extra few bob in yer pocket you can pay it off the holiday, and the app is very informative with loads of helpful tips for things to do on holidays.

Booked 2 holidays through this site and both have gone wrong. They use 3rd party suppliers and rejected any problem to them. They don't take accountability for the issues and do not resolve them. We had issue with the all-inclusive we booked and finish having to pay 2000 dollars to the hotel at the end of the trip. When flight was canceled, they didn't inform us before I tried to access the reservation and pushed me to talk with the airline company. This company is worth nothing. Do not use.

Terrible customer support. I booked a holiday in which promoted 1x20kg bag, 1x10, and 1x small. Until I got my tickets it was only for one flight over and not back. I got in contact with the customer support and was met with a passive-aggressive woman. She sounded like she didn't want to be there. She went ahead and said it's my fault and my responsibility to add extras and manage the flights. I chose to use love holidays, so I didn't need to do that.? No advice or guidance was given. Just blame. Thx!
