First time I've use love holidays. At the time of booking it offered the best value for money and very quick and easy to use. Love holidays has exceeded expectations, and I will definitely use again.

Booked a 4-star all-inclusive family holiday for approx. £4,864. Arrived at Sultan Siphai at 2am, waited until 5:30am before being told there were no rooms. Despite contacting Love holidays repeatedly, we received only 1 room instead of 2 for our family of six. We were later moved to accommodation far below the advertised standard, including a windowless box room. Extra taxi/food costs and significant distress followed. Several family members also became ill with food poisoning.

I've used them over a dozen times, and usually you book and get a confirmation right away. But this time, no confirmation, and the message said to wait 3 days. Now it's been over 3 days, I called them, and they said, "Sorry for the delay, we see it's been 3 days, but flight prices went up, so you need to pay an extra £1500!" What a rip-off! I'll never use them again. This is either theft or incompetence because they can't process bookings on time. Either way, I'm never using them again! Thieves
