It is cheaper and has good client service. They try their best, even in complete chaos with storms and bad weather they keep their cool and try to help you "with their hands tight behind their backs". I booked once with them, and unfortunately I couldn't get the vacation because of bad weather (airplane/weather fault not theirs) but I am waiting for their help and already checking bookings for the next free time I have.

Useless company. Despite all my efforts to tell them that a hotel they reserved for me were denying I had a booking, I arrived, and they refused me accommodation. Then when I had to book a replacement hotel they refused to refund me the full amount. They are not a customer focused organization. Don't expect good customer service. You won't get it

DO NOT BOOK LAST MINUTE FLIGHTS! They do not answer the phone or emails, Live chat just takes your round in circles without actually speaking to a human, then they reply 36 hours later after the flight has already been and gone, It is last minute flights, so why is there way of contacting you at the last minute or even within 24 hours? Not any cheaper than any other website, not worth the hassle! Had to book different flights and, then wait 30 days for a refund! Try sky scanner instead.
