Worst application, hopeless service, fraudulent domain. I do not want to give even a star for this application. When booking I did not opt for full flex (insurance, etc.) but after proceeding with payment it has shown that I paid for full flex as well. After booking my flight reservation was cancelled, customer support neglected saying it was airline who cancelled, so I must contact airline for further inquires. I didn't opt for voucher refund, but they said I can get only voucher not money.

Big thief asking for specific credit card (dinner card) to give you the price that you had found online or else you have to pay more if you pay with another card 😲😲🤔🤔😔😔

Never Book your flight with them, They will show you a different price and when you click for payment this will be changed to aother value, stay away if you do not want to be felt like a scammed

DO NOT BUY WITH RUMBO. THEY ARE THIEFS. IT IS A COMPANY WITH NO ASSISTANCE WHATSOEVER, NO SUPPORT, NO REFUNDS. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY.
