★★★★★ Eva Marcé · Sep 21, 2025

The customer service is very nice and helpful. I had a problem with a booking and Armando solved it in no time.

★★★★★ Niall Hickey · Jul 16, 2025

Managed to find a flight with bravo fly for over 100 bucks cheaper than elsewhere. I was a bit worried when the flight took over two days to confirm, but it was well worth the wait

★★★★★ Aisha Akram · Mar 26, 2024

I always use bravo fly for my ticket booking. Last year, I had cancelled my trip and applied for a refund. I received a redemption voucher. And this year I have used that amount to book a new ticket. I have read many reviews that it is a scam website. In my experience, it is not scam at all. But processes are slow, and websites are not maintained with the same standard on different domains.

★☆☆☆☆ Mtanios Rahme · Mar 21, 2026

My flight was canceled by the airline. I contacted customer service to request rebooking on alternative flight and was told my case was a top priority. Next day, I was informed that my ticket is canceled and that a refund would be processed with no discussion / alternative offered. As a result I had to pay more for another ticket on the same airline and route. Since then, every follow up has received the same response my case the top priority and that they will get back ASAP. Not acceptable!!

★☆☆☆☆ Hulk Smash · Oct 13, 2024

Don't ever book with bravo fly it's an SCAM, I booked and gave me a fake confirmation CAREFUL they just tell u it's a mistake and contact the costumer support for refund, but they will never do

★☆☆☆☆ A Hanoush · Nov 22, 2025

They cancelled my booking and that made me feel really sad because I was traveling to my wife, and she was waiting for me at the appointment I booked and this is not acceptable 😭
