Flight delayed... app says on time but screens at airport day 1-hour delay! It shouldn't be hard for your app to let you know your flight is delayed! Obviously just want you to install the app, so they can sell your data! Don't bother installing just check in on the website. Save your privacy!

Doesn't list scuba diving or snorkeling options, so without doing lots of investigating don't know which resorts have options, tui lets you know. Going back to tui.

When things go wrong, they just cancel your holiday and offer a refund that you have to wait a week to see. So no chance to book an alternative. Holiday with my kids was ruined as instead of putting us on a later flight, they cancelled the whole holiday as it easier for them. No jet2 reps available at airport, rude staff on the phone line, and information updates were useless. Won't be using jet2 again
