The Sea view Holiday Village was fantastic, the place is immaculate and professionally run. The staff were very friendly and work really hard. The kids club was a good way for my son to meet others and to have a break from the sun. Plenty of food to choose from, the Aqua Park is brilliant especially as it's on the grounds, pools were great, never felt overcrowded. Loved the infinity pool with a sea view, beach on the doorstep. We had a great time and would definitely return for another visit.

Utter rubbish - I've nothing against the service First Choice provide, but this app is pure junk. Having tested on multiple devices, it constantly crashes, gives error messages saying something went wrong, or breaks in various different ways suggesting that no real testing has been undertaken prior to publish. It's far easier to just use the website to search for holidays etc. Maybe it's best to go back to the drawing board with this app and redevelop.

How on earth am I supposed to use this App?! I can't access my booking, I can't search or book a holiday because all I can see are blank gray boxes!! I have emailed First Choice twice and got no reply! I have uninstalled and re-installed the App 5 times in the last week. I've now uninstalled it again and won't be re-installing it until you sort it out. I'll book with another company instead.

Jesus, this app is painful to use, and I was not able to check in with it, either outbound or inbound. Even the TUI rep at the resort advised against using it as was 'next to useless'. That said the messenger service within the app did work, so 2 stars
