Fantastic trip to Florida, Universal. Stayed in Rosen Center Hotel on International Drive. Great hotel, perfect location. Flight was brilliant, loved the movies/games onboard the Dreamliner. Tui staff were amazing. Holiday of a lifetime, and we will definitely be booking with TUI again. 5 stars!!

More focused on selling upgrades than being useful. Trying to check in and almost impossible to find online checking because the app is set up to try and force every possible upgrade (seats, meals, trips) onto you, rather than just letting you checking for your flight. Also, no option to send board passes to other people, so has to be done manually outside of app... All in all, it's a bit rubbish and putting me off using TUI in the future.

Unable to use promo code for discount off a trip, rang Tui, no help at all. Our trip met all the T&Cs no explanation given or generic discount. Booked the trip anyway, then Tui cancelled it with no explanation. Re-booked again, paying full price and it's not been cancelled yet!??? Trip booked for September.

Very poor. Over the past few weeks I have been checking on my booking every day to add extras to a cruise. Most of the time (70%) the website would freeze, and I was denied access. Also had several issues when trying to spend a voucher online. TUI, U must sort out your IT.
