Fantastic trip to Florida, Universal. Stayed in Rosen Center Hotel on International Drive. Great hotel, perfect location. Flight was brilliant, loved the movies/games onboard the Dreamliner. Tui staff were amazing. Holiday of a lifetime, and we will definitely be booking with TUI again. 5 stars!!

I have tried for a month now to be able to use this app for my Marella cruise in September. When I try to open the booking all I get is oops. Your cruise may have been cancelled? Which it hasn't. I have carried out all the recommendations for solving this with no success! I have managed to access another holiday we are taking next year on the app but not the Marella cruise? What's going on? It is Now 12/08/ 26 and its worse? Now it won't load anything?

We booked a holiday with TUI & if you want to sit together on the flights there & back you have to pay an extra charge!!, never be flying again with TUI. A very disappointed customer.

Unable to use promo code for discount off a trip, rang Tui, no help at all. Our trip met all the T&Cs no explanation given or generic discount. Booked the trip anyway, then Tui cancelled it with no explanation. Re-booked again, paying full price and it's not been cancelled yet!??? Trip booked for September.
