We booked a holiday with TUI & if you want to sit together on the flights there & back you have to pay an extra charge!!, never be flying again with TUI. A very disappointed customer.

Thought it was ok initially but had to constantly reload my booking, next time I went in it had disappeared again. Half the time get an error code, and it can't add my booking. Given up now and log in online

We know that you cannot help the water levels of the Danube but the extra travel to get to the Skyla we coped with but the return was not good. We lost a days holiday travelling on a coach without a toilet after we requested a stop we finished in a petrol station eventually we arrived at a business hotel ready for the next day flight home. We have had a lot of holidays with TUI but never experienced anything like this before. Regards June and David Pickering.

I'm supposed to be able to contact TUI while abroad though this app but all I'm getting is a stupid chatbot and the same useless UK phone numbers as on the website.

Very annoying that it keeps sending marketing adverts through Android notifications even though I turned off all the advertising settings. Apparently those only apply to adverts sent via email etc. and there's no setting to turn off adverts sent via the app notifications or app messages.
