This app worked really well (though didn't activate until my holiday). The hotel info, transfer info flights etc... Was so useful & daily schedule was brilliant, easy to book onto activities which made me engage more and made my holiday much more fun! I think the map feature could do with more work to make it more interactive. Maybe need to add excursion booking to Blue, as I had to book those on the regular TUI app, and relevant links to apps like the quiz etc. would be helpful.

It is good to catch up on experience of guests and see how satisfied people are with the hotel staff etc. We are now Scheherazade family being regular visitors so like to be informed ... what is good what could be improved with this lovely hotel .

More information re theme of evening meal would be useful, and instead of just 'evening' 'gala evening' would be more appropriate and more of a description evening.e.g. 'All welcome come and meet the team members and other guests with pre-dinner drinks and appetizers' more detail to encourage and enable all to engage with event which would I crease attendance

It feels like the designer of this app designed it from behind a desk and had never used it while on holiday. Hard to navigate to bookings, they are hidden. Doesn't recognize the hotel from booking, you have to search for it separately. Doesn't recognize guests for the kids club from booking, with the registration flaky and too easy to lose all progress. Constantly forgets selected hotel. Sometimes doesn't even show our hotel in the search. Doesn't use profile or booking info to prefill app

Truly awful. Tui Blue Makadi Gardens isn't even on the app, so we can't check what's happening or book any activities. Very frustrating - I've deleted the app from my phone, as it's a complete waste of screen space.

Tried to book a holiday, but it only gives you options to fly from Germany! Really odd. Why Germany when I am in the UK, is TUI Blue a German app or company?
