Very useful for holiday. Can schedule and plan activities and easily see what's going on at the resort. Favorites function is good to easily see saved activities. The reminder notifications is also good. A map of the resort would be a helpful addition, as well as ability to book meals at specialist restaurants

This app is a really good idea. Once you get used to it, you can keep track of all the events and activities available across the resort and book ahead. There is definitely some work to be done on usability and UX, but I'm sure it'll get better. Two suggestions- the MSSNGR bit doesn't seem to work. When I click a notification the app says 'page not found'. The Msgr would be great if it worked. The inboard looks really useful but would be good if we could translate or copy text into google

Unable to find how to book the activities and restaurants while on resort!

Hasn't worked properly in weeks now. Let me log in and check in all guests but when submitting it the page comes up with error and makes you re-enter all the details again. I'm wanting to check in, so I can book tables for the restaurants.

Could be a great app, not intuitive needs lots of work. I.e. Dates default to the wrong day/time, tells you there is no booking available, offers an alternative giving date and time then refuses to book it...

Mostly useless. Used this app in Marmara Palace Kos. Yes, I can see information about activities and so on so forth. But I cannot use this app to book any activity (tavern restaurant, sign for biking, or anything else). There is terminal in lobby which is not worked for me either - picked restaurant, date, selected free table, tried to reverse - error no place available (I did this at 20:56 and 20:58 16 may. It is feedback about this app, hotel is perfect, app is useless.
