This app is a really good idea. Once you get used to it, you can keep track of all the events and activities available across the resort and book ahead. There is definitely some work to be done on usability and UX, but I'm sure it'll get better. Two suggestions- the MSSNGR bit doesn't seem to work. When I click a notification the app says 'page not found'. The Msgr would be great if it worked. The inboard looks really useful but would be good if we could translate or copy text into google

Very useful for holiday. Can schedule and plan activities and easily see what's going on at the resort. Favorites function is good to easily see saved activities. The reminder notifications is also good. A map of the resort would be a helpful addition, as well as ability to book meals at specialist restaurants

Completely pointless app. Restaurant booking is a not user-friendly and frustrating. Very unfair to the people working so hard on the resorts to make people happy to then have to use this stupid app that simply doesn't work, meaning the staff have to deal with unhappy guests as a result. App needs a complete overhaul, as does the completely inflexible entertainment program at these resorts. The staff should be able to adjust the program at the request of guests which is not the case.

Its frustrating that you cannot book activities at the start of your stay "not bookable yet" is what I see a lot. Some activities require a day notice for booking. There are not enough activities to choose from during the day. For an activities' hotel I would expect a larger range of activities throughout the day that you don't have to book for

Useless, only wants to sell you new bookings. Pointless app, not easy to use, has my booking, but tell me what's happening now and onwards, no good. Could learn form other hotels apps new update, they said there was another family linked to our room, the app sometimes now shows data about hotel, then not. Jacaranda
