Just installed the app on my android phone. The installation and a creating a new account was easy and flawless. I will register my battery later today when the rain stops and update this review at that time.

Update broke all connections. I had previously set up the hub system and then also the two batteries a single battery systems because the hub is so unreliable. None will connect now. I tried deleting a system, and it can see the battery, but fails the firmware update and will not set up the system. I am really disappointed I spent the extra to have supposedly good service and USA products, but my experience thus far does not reflect the extra cost.

Not good. Trying to decide if I hate the battery or the app more. A multimeter verifies the battery is charged. The app says anywhere between 0-70% charged... randomly. Not working on iPhone app either. A call to the company verifies this is a known problem. Waiting for a fix.

Worked before the update. Update was in February let's get on the ball and get this fixed. We paid for Bluetooth batteries for a reason. Mine will not switch from charging to discharging. Pulling 10 amps it will still show charging. It used to work great. The charging side still works. Tech support has even had me check batteries with a meter even though I told them it was an app problem.
