App works, price doesn't I love this game very much! The thing that gets to me is the price as Battle for Wesnoth has always been free. Another thing is the version differential. Desktop users have v1.10 mobile is v1.80-ish. They need to update this app more often or sloweth the updates on PC. (Different versions can not play together!)

Fantastic Fantasy Strategy! I love this game to death, the balance of each race (With I think 7-10) with a way to beat each enemy even if you face great odds against you. The campaigns are perfect, but I feel there needs to be more, 10 is a lot, yet some are very short, too easy or too hard for me. There is only 5 or 6 that are worth investing a lot of your time in. The touch screen is great, and a very clever way of porting all the controls without clunky buttons on the keyboard! I see that there is a severe lack of User Made Content, on the PC, this made the game literally endless, as fans of the game such as me can edit to their hearts content making maps, characters or even campaigns! I also noticed that the game has not been updated for a very long time (This review was published February 16, 2014) so if you are looking for constant updates, I'd say you'd pass, but if you're just looking for a fix of fantasy strategy with a bucket tonne of lore, secrets and a big community around it, this is for you! I'm not going to bump this down to a 4star just because of the UMC function (Or lack there of). I hope if you see this review then you will really consider the epic voyages for a very reasonable price. Fin..

bad Source of the game is free it's a GPL and it's a GNA project therefore you don't have to and should not pay to get the full version, also this version is nearly 2 years old!

Tiny fonts on tablet Sadly, the game is unusable on Samsung 10.5" tablet, due to tiny fonts. Game developers must be using a small number of pixels per font.
