Very good and motivational healthy exercises app for different injury needs. Good explanations. Simple but efficient exercises adjusted to your pain and fitness levels. Also, good privacy settings and no spam or ads. I can recommend this App. Lessons also in English.

Very useful app, but unfortunately very unstable. I was able to use it for 2 exercise sessions, after which it didn't open any more because of a bug. Hopefully this problem will be fixed!
