So far I have really enjoyed this app. The app allows you to select the type of equipment you are using and then creates a training program based off the equipment and area of your body that requires strengthening. The exercises are wonderful. Easy to follow videos and very helpful advice and tips I receive as messages. I would highly recommend trying the exercises. Especially if you have equipment from them!
