Sign in screen does not come up. Basically a useless app. When it did work could only exit app by going home screen and forcing it to close though task manager. I don't expect much from this app, I just would like to check my balance, but I can't even do that.

Well!!! Couldn't log on from my mobile. And it's a mobile app. So I call Bay Cities & they said "Do it from you computer first" Which I TRIED to do. But it won't except anything. Not accessible at all. So No Stars. It's an awful app. They really need to make it more user-friendly. Grrr. Very Frustrating.
