This app fails significantly as there is no response from authority. More
than a month ago I filed a complaint but yet there is no output. It's just
useless and totally rubbish. There is no help category if I wanted to know
by telephone from Bangladesh Bank.

BB is the only central bank in the world hacked by hackers. So, I am not surprised this app is a joke. Nothing works except the FAQ. The complaint section of their main site does not work either!
