For approximately one month, I contacted the call centers of both banks and remained in touch with the receiver as well. The payment was debited from my account, but it was not received by the beneficiary. After exhausting all other options, I lodged a complaint through the Sunwai app. Within 2–3 working days, my complaint was resolved successfully. Many thanks to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) for resolving my matter so quickly and efficiently.

Completely useless app. I submitted two separate complaints regarding a stuck Roast ID, and both times they closed the ticket without actually resolving the issue. Extremely frustrating experience.

Fazool service and server app ka. Complain submit hi nah in hoti. Loading Hoti rahti. 2 sy 3 bar try kar chukka hon.

Complaint closed without addressing core issue. Issue is NOT SIM Roaming. Jazz Cash already verified my identity via CNIC/Passport and verbally agreed for reversal 10 days ago but not processed. I am Overseas Pakistani, Request SBP to direct Jazz Cash to reverse funds to Easypaisa as per their verbal commitment. Please reopen case #209932 and review all evidence.
