Complaint closed without addressing core issue. Issue is NOT SIM Roaming. Jazz Cash already verified my identity via CNIC/Passport and verbally agreed for reversal 10 days ago but not processed. I am Overseas Pakistani, Request SBP to direct Jazz Cash to reverse funds to Easypaisa as per their verbal commitment. Please reopen case #209932 and review all evidence.

Sunwai doesn't take any action against LAYAWAY, Layaway have blocked too many accounts, while providing every proof Layaway doesn't unblock his customers accounts. I have complained against Layaway at sunwai too many times but my Layaway account still didn't unblock

Mujhe 25 mints hog ye Hain abhi tak complain process main hora hi hai complain sunwai Portal se ho e nahi Rahi 25 30 mints hog ye hai loading hora hi Hain complain very, very poor service this SUMWAI App update and fix issue
