For approximately one month, I contacted the call centers of both banks and remained in touch with the receiver as well. The payment was debited from my account, but it was not received by the beneficiary. After exhausting all other options, I lodged a complaint through the Sunwai app. Within 2–3 working days, my complaint was resolved successfully. Many thanks to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) for resolving my matter so quickly and efficiently.

The app works fine until the final step, but the attachment fails to upload. Because of this apparent technical glitch, I’m unable to submit my complaint. Please fix the attachment/upload issue.

Completely useless app. I submitted two separate complaints regarding a stuck Roast ID, and both times they closed the ticket without actually resolving the issue. Extremely frustrating experience.
