The Mobile banking app of the Cooperative bank of Chania gives you the ability to check in a glance, the balance and the transactions of your accounts and cards, manage your banking products, transfer money at any time, pay your debts safely and quickly, from a user friendly and secure environment.
If you are an individual, self-employed, or sole proprietor you can register in our eBanking service, quickly, and simply, without having to visit one of our branches, by just downloading the Mobile Banking app on your mobile device and using your card and your mobile phone.
We use technologies and practices for the security of your transactions: Log in using biometric features (Touch ID/Face ID), or using a 4-digit PIN, Strong Customer Identification using OTP or with Push Notifications for approval by your device of transactions that have been made using a browser. Change your secret code as well as its validity period whenever you wish. Deactivate your profile or lock your account for instant protection from possible fraudulent activity. Manage your registered devices and trusted browsers through the app.
Check your balance and transaction history of accounts, cards, loans at a glance. Download account and loan transactions to your mobile device in .pdf document. Get informed about every transaction and change of accounts and cards balance by enabling push notifications. Pay your bills, taxes, credit cards of our bank or other Banks. Create and manage standing orders. Make a fast payment by entering an electronic payment code (RF CODE). Αuto fill the RF CODE by scanning Qr code/Barcode. Easily and quickly locate the payment you want to make, through smart categorization.
Update your personal information through interconnection with the eGov KYC service or through attachment of documents. Manage your consent for the way in which the Bank communicates for updates and information on new services / products.
Transfer money between your accounts and to third party accounts within the Cooperative Bank of Chania as well as to beneficiaries of other Banks in Greece and abroad. Enter recurring transfer orders between your accounts and to other Bank customers. Setup new time deposit accounts directly from within the Mobile App. Proceed to the immediate issuing or request the issuance of a significant number of useful certificates. Track the progress of your applications and download a copy of each certificate that has been issued.
Activate IRIS payments, with your mobile phone number for personal use or your VAT number for business use, to send and receive funds instantly.
Decide for which products, you want to be informed through push notifications. Also, you decide which products, which you keep in our Bank will be active in the eBanking service. Search for your payments and/or transfers from your transaction history and download the details of each transaction on your mobile device in .pdf document. Set your most common payments / transfers as "favorite". Create "friendly names" and save your transaction details for an easy way of re executing them.
Approve transactions that require approval from a second user (legal entities) or have been prepared by an assistant user.
Login to your eBanking via browser in order to link other banks accounts and cards.
Apply your own transfer/payments limits, so that the danger of mistakenly transferred capital from your account to third parties is reduced. Find out, about your expenses per year and by type with the built-in "Spending Analysis" tool. Calculate your deductible tax using the built-in tool. With one password you can track and manage multiple accounts (corporate and individual), by activating the "single sign-on" service, by visiting one of our branches.
