Lol who genuinely thought this was a brilliant business model? It’s honestly impressive how a company like Big Basket managed to overcomplicate something as simple as a vending machine. Instead of just installing normal machines with regular snacks and direct UPI payments, they decided people should first load money into a third-party wallet, and then added a ₹100 minimum transaction on top of that. I have been fined for product which I haven't consumed.I have been said that door should be gently pushed and if it doesn't close when we push.if someone uses the opportunity.it's our mistake, and they will charge us for it. Even if we raise complaint about this they won't refund the fined amount still tell us to pay remaining amount and keep silencing in this matter. Please think once and twice before using these in these conditions.
