This app is best then other bank apps like I am foreigner, and I don't understand Russian and Kazak, so it has option of English. Other banks don't have English option, and it creates problems for me to translate but this app is overall good.

Blocked all my accounts with a made up reason. The accounts were previously opened remotely via presidency. Now they ask me to fly over the globe with documents they can't even tell what, because there are no documents for their made up reason. And I'm not alone with this. It's just stealing.

Closed deposits are not available to get statements. The same account for new deposit doesn't show statement for previous deposit, but it is possible to show common history. "Disable screenshots"must be optional.

App does not use refresh token. I get logged out even if I am using services, such as airline ticket buying service. Each time you need to redo your search to get the data. App does not give you tome to think. Furthermore, another useless "safety" feature is to get SMS code when transferring money. Hello!!! I am using mobile app. What is the point of using the SMS code if I am using the same device. Sometimes I get submitted the form twice.

Suddenly app says that I have remote control software and can't do any transactions. But I have no such apps on my phone. And nothing changed from 2nd of June ни с того ни с сего приложение начало требовать удалить приложение для удаленного доступа, хотя этот приложения нет
