My SmartCare Mobile provides Benefit Coordinators Corporation’s Flexible Spending Account participants with a secure, single access point to manage their accounts from their mobile device. Participants use their existing username and password to access their accounts from anywhere at any time. Users can simply download the app and log in to gain instant access to their account balances, plan details, recent transactions and communications from BCC. Claims and substantiation materials can also be submitted through the app. Participants must register and go through the authentication process online before accessing their personal information through this app.

I download this app to use with my FSA. It has the features I was looking for and makes submitting claims easier than the website. I took off one star because it will only accept photos for upload of receipts and would not allow PDF format uploads. This is a minor inconvenience since I ended up taking photos of the screen or the receipt. Overall would recommend this if you have this company administering your benefits.

After updating the app it flickers the enable location window and won't allow you to sign in. It worked great before updating.

The App will time you out quickly when you jump from screens. Can't change password though app. App freezes or shuts off randomly. At the moment I'm reinstalling to see if that helps.

The website works for me, but every time I try and use the app, it crashes. This is the only app that crashes on me. I set up the account and enabled fingerprint biometrics, and then it crashed. I tried signing in, and the same thing.
