Since the update a few months ago to + and recreating my account I can noongrr access my profile or make a payment. I am kicked out after password recovery, choosing a city, then the app tells me I have the wrong email!

Cannot change to english. Finally got to change to English by turning to HORN. Then I found that in requests all the Subj. And CAT. Are in French. To continue the listing of available SUB. And Cat. Are truncated in vert. Mode and does not list properly in horz mode. Cannot delete old requests. Count of notices does not change when read. Other problem seen are too numerous to complain about. Did not want to check other areas of the software. Very poor app used on a Samsung + cell.

I'm in Magog. This app is very bad. Under the name Bciti it used to work well, but the new Bciti+ it doesn't even open. It lost my account too doing the transfer to the new app. Good job guys!

What's the point of having garbage collection reminders when you send them at 01:00 the day of collection....why not send them the day before at 18:00.

I (try to) use this app for parking in Magog and Sherbrooke and the system is perpetually offline - go to the parking page, and the spinner just keeps turning forever or there's an "oops" message. This has been going on for weeks. Also for some reason, my account has begun to show -$25 in the prepaid section. What a load of garbage.
