. First attempt to use this app: it rejected my password, and got me locked-out instantaneously 🙁. So I changed my password and went for a 2nd attempt to login. There was no error message, but it just brought me back to the Login button. Third attempt, no error message, just back to Login button again. Fourth attempt, still no error message, just back to Login button again. I give up. Not good, BDO! 😕

After I was asked to change and update my password, the app is stuck on the login page and keeps asking me to enter the username, password, and a new OTP on every attempt. There is no announcement of system maintenance or issues causing customers to be unable to proceed and log in.
