I am using TCL 20E (Android 11). The CSE mobile app shows ‘Failed to initialize’ immediately after opening. I have reinstalled and cleared cache, but the issue persists. What should be done about it?

This is a good app. I have seen two issues. One is the QR option does not load when trying to renew my subscription and the next issue is that the menu of the right side of the application does not scroll up after scrolling down.

The app is good. But you are forcing the Consent Terms page nonstop after logged in to mobile app. It mentions sharing marketing and my personal details and I don't want to provide consent at all. So I clicked on the cancel button. But within few seconds this dialog is shown again. I don't understand why the consent form cannot take no for an answer and force us to provide consent. Is data regulation this much poor in our country. I cannot seem to use the app since the pop-up is nonstop.

How many times I try to open this app, but it does not open properly. "Developer option mode is enabled" this message popped up. Several times I uninstalled and again installed but couldn't open. I need to change my savings account number in my existing CDS account(already given saving account no, but currently I'm not using that account) how can I change it?

You need to focus more on the reliability of the app, as it loads way too slowly and also the UI is not user-friendly. Needs a serious uplift for this app since this being the only official app of CSE
