Great app. Never an issue with drivers, ever. Only issue is I can't get card to attach for payment (but that is 99% sure a "me issue" and not to do w/ Be app).

3 drivers refuses to pick up, so I canceled the ride. And now I have to wait for refund for 15 days.? Are you serious Be? And you want me to continue to use this.?

POS app, do not give these people your money, buggy as hell, network issues are frequent, waited +50 mins for a driver when I paid for priority? "You get priority to find drivers faster", my a$$, unacceptable and a scam. I was using this app every day for getting to and from work, but this has been my final straw to get my own vehicle, absolute garbage

Whether it was a buggy app update or the algorithms going wrong, I had to disable all notifications on my phone for the Be app. I've been getting up to 6 completely unnecessary notifications a day for services I don't even use. It's already frustrating enough to dodge 2–3 random pop-ups just to order a single ride, but these constant notifications are the last straw. Do better!

Great app in itself but terrible on how they manage the drivers. The drivers would come close to me and then drive further. Like they tease. I had to wait multiple times and multiple drivers did the same. Success rate was like 30% just for the driver to show up...
