I would give Be 5 stars, but they should ensure that the driver always gives the customer the best helmet. So many times I get given a cheap flimsy helmet, but the driver is wearing a good one. Usually they'll swap if you ask, but you shouldn't have too.

Worst app, worst driver, worst navigation system and useless customer service

1) Extreme lack of drivers in the western part of Binh Tan (HCMC). 2) Drivers often choose narrow side streets instead of the wider highways in my location. 3) Some drivers argue about the best route, even though I have lived in my neighborhood for the past 4 years and know it well. They don't listen to me. 4) With the monthly subscription and discounts, I pay around 20K for a one-way trip. However, there is no option to tip 3-5K. The minimum tip is 10K, which is 50% of my fare. Please, add 3-5K
