Great app. Never an issue with drivers, ever. Only issue is I can't get card to attach for payment (but that is 99% sure a "me issue" and not to do w/ Be app).

I booked a ride but the screen displayed error in while driver is accepted the booking???? And I don't know the driver arrived the pickup place. Should review you system carefully before releasing to end user

Great app in itself but terrible on how they manage the drivers. The drivers would come close to me and then drive further. Like they tease. I had to wait multiple times and multiple drivers did the same. Success rate was like 30% just for the driver to show up...

Whether it was a buggy app update or the algorithms going wrong, I had to disable all notifications on my phone for the Be app. I've been getting up to 6 completely unnecessary notifications a day for services I don't even use. It's already frustrating enough to dodge 2–3 random pop-ups just to order a single ride, but these constant notifications are the last straw. Do better!
