Loved their hospitality and the way they greet us. Very nice staff specially Zha was very cooperative. Pickup was great and cars were in great condition. Highly recommend specially when you're travelling abroad you need understanding people with car rental. This is one stop solution ❤️

Really good for Hotels. You can collect coins to use off the next booking etc. pretty sure they price match the hotels too. The lounge perks are good too.

NEVER BOOK A FLIGHT TICKET WITH RM, they've been fkn me around for weeks, .at first I can see why they rejected me as I wasn't one have surgery but caring for someone who has which still should meet policy, they say they send request to Malaysia airline, and I ring MA, and they say never received request from trip, I finally send me. med cert and stat Dec with my surgery details, and again they reject it saying airline policy doesn't allow flight change for mejclcsl, omg how pathetic can 1 company be

Avoid at all cost! The management of this hotel is just terrible. No training of staff and no authorization for them to even turn on the Zircon at night when the room temperature reached 26 degrees C. Ended up spending the night in the lobby without even a glass of water... Enjoy your stay in Oslo but not at this place... (Longtime Radisson rewards member with 21 stays at various Radisson Hotels over a two-year period no calling it quits)

Doesn't do E-tickets for trains which meant I ended up buying another ticket on another app as my station kiosk was closed. Throws so many promo pop-ups at you when you open it and all I want to do is get my railcard. It's really bad to navigate and everything tries to upsell you something. Wish I bought my railcard full price now it would've been worth it to avoid this cluttered mess.
