★★★★★ It's fabulously superb app for everything staring from ease bookings with all necessary informations of the booking flights like transit and baggage, food , power units in carriers everything, flight status even baggage belts and boarding gates a to z it's an amazing app to go on with ...am I using it for quite some years now it's amazing .... other countries' money markup fees and forex charges u pepl need to think about and do something like some travel apps .otherwise one of the best app I can say

★★☆☆☆ The flights passed a month ago, and it kept showing in upcoming trip.

★★☆☆☆ Process itself of buying a train ticket is fairly straightforward and smooth but hate how busy/cluttered the app is, it's more like being on social media with their stream of videos than simply an app for buying a ticket. Lots of trying to sell you stuff even if all you want is a ticket from here to Brighton. Starting to wonder if the miniscule discounts off train journeys are worth having to deal with this app.

★★☆☆☆ On my tablet I'm a Gold, on my phone I'm a silver and I just booked the flight on my phone, so I can't use my points and I can't get any points would have made me go to the next platinum

★★☆☆☆ It is a very complicated app to use. If buying a rail card, use the National Rail app. It is far easier.

★★☆☆☆ Very bed experience. While I air ticket booked and payment confirm suddenly I got call from customer care that flight rate has been increased u have to pay extra some amt. How is possible that once every thing confirmed system. Now told will refund the amt. But other agent refund immediately if anything wrong. Not understand
