NEVER BOOK A FLIGHT TICKET WITH RM, they've been fkn me around for weeks, .at first I can see why they rejected me as I wasn't one have surgery but caring for someone who has which still should meet policy, they say they send request to Malaysia airline, and I ring MA, and they say never received request from trip, I finally send me. med cert and stat Dec with my surgery details, and again they reject it saying airline policy doesn't allow flight change for mejclcsl, omg how pathetic can 1 company be

Avoid at all cost! The management of this hotel is just terrible. No training of staff and no authorization for them to even turn on the Zircon at night when the room temperature reached 26 degrees C. Ended up spending the night in the lobby without even a glass of water... Enjoy your stay in Oslo but not at this place... (Longtime Radisson rewards member with 21 stays at various Radisson Hotels over a two-year period no calling it quits)

BEWARE Advertising fake hotel rates, as soon as a press BOOK a pop-up says "Price change alert, the room rate has been updated", updated always means that the price has gone up. It is basically a CLICK BAIT SCAM. Of course, they don't update the prices on the UK website or app because it is an SCAM, so you can never get the clickbait price. They should be investigated and prosecuted, but I don't know by whom, but users BEWARE.
