I really like this app, I always wanted to help people and here my dream comes true. Also, really helped my anxiety accepting calls from strangers. However, the video is blurry, and it is hard to see when a person shows me something detailed. That's the only major problem that I've faced so far. I hope you will fix that problem soon. :)

Haven't managed to answer a call yet, but the amount of visually impaired people to people who aren't visually impaired is 1 to 13.6, one being visually impaired (IDK if I did the math right, 6348506 ÷ 467998 = 13.5652, so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong) but this app is seriously lacking in marketing and advertisement. BTW in the visually impaired category, and not visually impaired category it should be an option to say if you are color blind, because color blind people need help too

Love the app but last few months I have received some calls, and it won't let me connect to the person who needs help.

It is using Ultra Wide Camera instead of Primary Camera. We should have option to switch our Multiple Cameras for different uses It should optimize with the android. Dark mode should be support. Microphone and camera off feature should be there for privacy. Photo crop for the volunteer. Chat option should there. It can work that time when audio will not be working. Please like my comment if you are agreed. It will be helpful for highlight this comment and attract the attention of the developer.

Just updated my phone OS and possibly this app updated itself I don't know, but I've suddenly started being spammed by push notifications. The app tells me I have to have push notifications enabled for me to help people with limited vision. That's an absolute joke, and I'm going to delete the app as I refuse to be spammed through an app where I'm helping people for free.

Pretty disappointed. I finally got my first call. The person on the other end couldn't hear me and ended up hanging the phone. The app then asked me for a thumbs up/thumbs down rating. It wouldn't let me give a thumbs down rating, so I went to the app and tried to give feedback, letting them know about the issue because it seemed pretty important. Again I couldn't give feedback on the app, so I decided to come here, hoping they read the reviews, so they become aware of what just happened. We'll.

When I answer the call it hangs up. What is happening with the App lately? I used to answer and be able to help the person with no hassle before.
