I've just installed the app and so far I love it. However, I do have a question/ suggestion. Can I add people to the "recognizable people" tab using pics I already have on my phone instead of pics taken through the app? If not then I would highly recommend that. I have family and loved ones that I don't get to see often due to distance (my eye specialist said I'm only allowed to drive short distances using familiar routes). I would like to add them to recognizable people but can't take pics

Hey there, ive tried to adapt to the new ui change where the read, describe and more tabs are on top but I can't. I have to stretch my hands and naturaly my thumb is near tfe bottom part where the tabs were before. it's not like there's something at the bottom. Kindly add an option to at least move the tabs to the bottom. The read and describe tabs also auto start reading and detecting faces which can be confusing when navigating but, tfat that I can live with. Option for moving the tabs please.

I downloaded this app to assist me with my vision as I am visually impaired. It works usually well, however I have noticed a bug. Whenever I try to delete a recognized face in the "People" tab, it never actually deletes and just comes back. Also, if I may add a suggestion: please make it be able to recognize pets! My daughter has a small black cat, and it would be very helpful to be able to identify her as we have dark furniture, and I don't want to accidentally harm her. Thank you.

Most apps for the blind or vision impaired require the user to fumble around on the screen trying to locate the control buttons/functions. I don't understand why developers of apps for vision impaired people can't make them controllable via voice commands i.e. 'Hey google, open Seeing AI in Color/currency/describe mode', etc. Then, once the app is opened they should be able to say, 'change to read mode', 'change to barcode mode', etc.

THE NEW FEMALE VOICES ARE HORRIBLE! I would have given a higher rating if they hadn't changed the voices. The female voice I was using is no longer there. It says there are over 50 voices, which is a lie. The same voices repeat. The female voices are so high-pitched an obnoxious that I seriously considered deleting this app. Seeing AI just went from being the best ive tried to the one I avoid. Way to go...

Used to work really well but these days I cannot get it to read a document, I keep getting something went wrong message every single time!! It will read basic thing just by pointing, but it's virtually impossible to hold phone still for tge full duration of a letter and as soon as phone moves it starts from the beginning again. Shame as I used to like this app, but I've been using envision app for documents as its actually reliable

This is an amazing app which I was using, but recently I'm not able to open the app and use it. My device is Motorola e7 power, Android 10 with screen reader Talk Back 16.1 which was recently updated. Can you please address the problem and suggest if it's not compatible with versions of the device and software used?
