Description

Met de 'Be safe @ APK' app leggen APK medewerkers, hun partners en alle betrokkenen op een eenvoudige wijze onveilige situaties vast op hun arbeidsplaatsen.

De meldingen worden gekoppeld aan het betrokken project zodat zowel de Preventieadviseur, Business Unit Manager (BUM), klantverantwoordelijke (KV) en Uitvoeringsverantwoordelijke (UV) van APK direct geïnformeerd worden en overzicht hebben van de meldingen van onveilige situaties.
In de Be safe @ APK app worden foto’s van de onveilige situatie vastgelegd en indien mogelijk van de genomen maatregelen om de onveilige situatie te verhelpen. Via GPS wordt automatisch de locatie en adres van de onveilige situatie geregistreerd. In de Be safe @ APK app heeft de melder een overzicht van de gemaakte meldingen. Alle Be safe @ APK app meldingen worden rechtstreeks opgeslagen in het Incidenten Registratie Systeem van APK zodat deze meldingen afgehandeld kunnen worden door de verantwoordelijke BUM, KV of UV op hun hiërarchisch niveau binnen APK.
