Description
In samenwerking met uw zorgverlener biedt de Uw Zorg Online app u direct toegang tot uw medicatieoverzicht zoals bij de huisarts bekend, u kunt eerder voorgeschreven medicijnen bestellen, afspraken maken en een eConsult starten!
Een overzicht van aangesloten praktijken vindt u in de app.
Suggesties en opmerkingen horen we graag. U kunt u deze aan ons doorgeven via de feedback knop in de app of via een mail naar apps@pharmeon.nl.
Voordat u kunt beginnen dient uw praktijk de service voor u beschikbaar te maken: 1. Download de app 2. Zoek uw praktijk 3. Heeft u al een account voor het patiëntportaal van uw huisarts dan logt u met deze gegevens in (ga direct naar stap 4) .
Als u nog geen account heeft, vraagt u die aan door op de knop ‘Aanmelden’ te klikken en alle benodigde gegevens in te vullen.
Na controle van uw aanvraag door onze praktijk -wat enige tijd in beslag kan nemen- wordt uw account aangemaakt en ontvangt u per e-mail uw inloggevens.
4. Na inloggen op de app ontvangt per e-mail of sms éénmalig een verificatie code die u invoert 5. Maak in de app ten slotte een pincode van 5 cijfers aan om de toegang af te schermen 6. U kunt nu van de service gebruik maken
Functionaliteit: • Inzage in uw actuele medicatieprofiel zoals bekend bij uw huisarts • Vraag herhaalrecepten direct uit uw medicatielijst aan en ontvang herinneringen indien u uw medicatie opnieuw nodig heeft • Stel uw medische vragen direct aan uw arts via een eConsult en ontvang bericht zodra uw consult beantwoord is. Let op! eConsult is niet bedoeld voor urgente zaken of levensbedreigende situaties. Indien u twijfelt over de ernst van uw klacht, neem dan altijd telefonisch contact met de huisarts op • Bekijk de lege plekken in de agenda van uw arts en boek een afspraak op het moment dat het u uitkomt. U moet tevens de reden van uw afspraak vermelden • U vindt de adresgegevens, contactgegevens en openingstijden van uw arts in de app. U vindt er ook een link naar de website van uw arts
Privacy Met de app kunt u via een beveiligde verbinding uw medicatie gegevens ophalen uit het systeem van de praktijk en communiceren met uw arts. Voor de ingebruikname wordt uw identiteit eerst geverifieerd door de praktijk en ontvangt u een verificatiecode om de app te activeren. Verder kunt u de app afschermen door een persoonlijke 5-cijferige pincode. Uw gegevens worden niet gedeeld derden. Meer hierover kunt u nalezen op de website van uw zorgverlener.

This app used to work well until this version. With this version, yes there are new functionalities but the app is stuck on ANR many times. 4 stars rating is for the previous version.

It's a good app getting better, but would love to see less outage where the app just gives 404 or 500 errors. Had that happen 3 or 4 times now (in the past year?) and in combination with adhd is not ideal. It's a bit circumstantial so just 1 star less

Some parts of the app are in English, but some parts still need translation. The message functionality only allows one message sent to the doctor, if he replies, and you need to ask more things, you need to start a new message/conversation, bad UX. I've never managed to find my Pharmacy (Amsterdam Central Pharmacy) on the "Add pharmacy" functionality. Not even with postal code and address. Instead, you show me a bunch of unrelated results. Why is it so difficult? Maybe allow "on map" selection?

The main reason for my using of this app is either to contact the GP or make an appointment. Unfortunately both functionality is just simply does not work. The functionality to contact the GP, the msgs are only received in the evening. The functionality to answer the survey in order to make an appointment just stays in a loop and gives error, which in turn refers u to the FAQ. How will the FAQ help the disfunction of the app? I am all for apps to make life easier but in this case I rather call.
