Would get the last star if I had the option to change the app to English (or other languages). I get is a Dutch insurer in the netherlands, and I understand enough Dutch to go through it all, but not having a language option in 2025 is far behind.

For me OHRA is a good, reliable and most efficient insurance company. If I could choose freely, I would have all my insurances at OHRA - that much faith I have in them!! They take, but they give back too and that's a Win-Win I love in life in any given situation! Keep it Up!!

Good value for money insurance, but not user-friendly. I wonder in what world it is, no English or Language option. Just the worst customer experience for all the expat database in The Netherlands. Ohhhh common it's not a big task for any developer in your team, or your Product Manager is adamant 😂

The insurer service via this app is incomplete. Ohra debits its customers without preannouncing this in this app. The preannouncing is done via an old-fashioned portal on the web. This is confusing for customers. I spoke to OHRA as they contacted me and the matter is sorted! Reaching out to loyal customers is key 🗝️.

English version missing! The app also forbids taking screenshots, so it's impossible to use a translator app. It's quite a problem...

My smartphone is android ios 7.1.1, and I don't feel like buying a new one because it still runs fine with all bank and credit card apps. Do I have to buy a new one just to use the OHRA app?
