Easy to use! And you know that your card will arrive to their destination (which does not always happen when you're abroad).

Easy to send postal cards. The cards are not easy to find on holiday these days. And the ones you send through this app are personalized. On top, the card is delivered before you are back from your holiday.

My Dear bpost : I can't close my eyes since the day they put you all down, therefore I don't forget anything, and therefore you will rise and be the best as in old good times. Hand in hand with bnb Paribus Fortis - Asma El Makhafi.

Impossible to reset password, I have bought credit but Impossible to reset the password, I tried several times but never got the email to reset the password and cannot find contact number like phone or email.

Happy user for years, reminded to buy extra credits this year. But now, when trying to send cards during my trip, the app is 'evolving' and credits no longer work—while crashing constantly right before payment. Suddenly remembering last year's poor, pixelated quality, I switched to My Postcard, way better for the same price. Another bpost project down the drain... It's bound to end in bankruptcy.

Cannot use bpost login or create a separate account. App just doesn't work.

Not really user-friendly for the lay-out. Very limited option for text. When you add a frame, it crops your picture
