The app works as intended but because the boxes I use are near a railway and near the border there is no data mobile, meaning no matter the Bluetooth works, I am in front of it, I cannot open the box until I get internet somehow... Let's not talk about having a smartwatch and headset, you have to disconnect one to get this working... So it is easier and faster to get packages from post directly which makes the app look silly and useless. Please solve these devs, not hard at all.

Sometime messages are confusing or not accurate... but that's not the app, the back end systems are mostly to blame.

Tracking my package from Belgium I was suggested install the app. The app do not accept Swedish citizens to register for tracking their package stuck on the way.

Forcing me to create an account just to access the app. Basic functionality like parcel tracking shouldn't require that.

Awfully bad service. Most of my shipments are not delivered even though I have left all needed instructions where to leave packages and even an access code to the ramp. All other delivery services deliver as promised except BPost. Stop hiring incompetent people, and hire someone who likes their job. Postal services are essential services, and please treat it as one. Never saw this bad delivery services like this one. :-(

Item was sent to a BBox while I was on vacation, contrary to my explicit instructions to deliver it to a shop. Item was only stored in BBox 5 days, during a short vacation, and then sent back to the sender. Also the Chatbot is useless (like pretty much all other chatbots)
