Very good, but confusing when all your messages say you are about to deliver a package to n address, when one already have changed the delivery address to x adresse.

Got a notification to set my delivery choice. Did that, and then the next day the app wanted me to set it again. Did that but another date, only for the courier to show up the first date set, which meant l missed it. Talked to the AI on the phone (the chatbot in the app doesn't work, with a something went wrong message) and it hallucinated some random settings that doesn't exist in the app to plan another delivery. It forwarded me to customer service where I sat for 30 minutes until I gave up.

Tried to send back a parcel. The locker opened by the app was much too small, so I pressed the button "parcel does not fit" in the app. It then closed the return as successful and nothing was there to reopen it. So I tried the chatbot. It went into a loop of "Package hasn't yet arrived at Postcard and can't be delivered to you yet. Please wait. Closing chat. If you have another message please restart the chat". Nothing I wrote into that chat changed anything on that loop.
