GREAT! You can see the post truck on the map, and you get a sms 10 minutes before he arrives. 🚚🚚😎😎 The customer support is efficient and really flexible. I wish posti was so good. The only negative side is that they don't have self picking up stations.

I cannot identify with my MITIC. I log in to MITIC approve it on MITIC app, redirect to postcard, I get an error. Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'lvlUp'). I connected to customer support, all they had to say was "oh weird please try again." I have been trying since November! I updated the app, deleted and reinstalled it, changed my email, I approve it and log in to my MITIC again and again. Nothing helps and customer support is not helpful!

The chatbot in the Postcard app is ineffective. It doesn't let me escalate issues to real customer service representatives, which is extremely frustrating when dealing with important delivery problems. Please improve the functionality to allow users to communicate directly with customer support.

The package has arrived they say. We may have delivered it to the wrong adress they say. It's not our problem they say. Contact the vendor they say. 0/10. Worst service of all time.
