Comments on PostNord: Track & Send Parcels for Android

★★★★★ Björn · Aug 1, 2026

So far this seems fixed in the latest version. :) Any time I open it via notification it just hangs. Close + reopen fixes that. But it's annoying.

★★★★★ Tesfom Melake Araya · Sep 10, 2026

A very reliable and intuitive postal service app.

★★★★☆ Per Sandström · Sep 7, 2026

Excellent app, just wish you could filter which notifications to receive a bit better. I don't want an "on the way" notification, just a "has arrived" notification.

★☆☆☆☆ Shiva Brnhrd · Aug 17, 2026

Whenever a delivery fails, the "change delivery" button never works to request a new attempt. Also, the Customer support chat button in the parcel details page opens an empty loading page that never loads. Every time I have to actually call customer support. They're always really nice and helpful, but it's really a hassle. Please make the app useful instead of a hindrance in Postcards service.

★☆☆☆☆ Emily N. · Sep 7, 2026

The app itself is okay but doesn't offer any other services lile switching pickup point. Whichever pickup point I choose near me, it just keeps delivering to that one pick up box that's only convenient if you have a car. Mind you, there are 4 different pick up points near me, I just don't believe that all of them are full. And if they are, just let me choose where I want it delivered instead (like Posti app, can't believe Posti does anything better). I will just avoid using Postcard from now on.

Doesn't show me the button to open the locker, so I can't pick up my package.
