So far this seems fixed in the latest version. :) Any time I open it via notification it just hangs. Close + reopen fixes that. But it's annoying.

The app itself works okay. It's just not enough to cover for the bother of yet again another parcel delivered not to the closest or second-closest pickup point (both large ones) but a further one. Also did not appreciate having to download an app as the only option to pick up the parcel from the place it was sent to. Both the closer pickup points have other options. Will just avoid Postcard in the future.

You do not even try to attempt delivery just route package, so I have to pick it up myself. And your app chat doesn't work.

Whenever a delivery fails, the "change delivery" button never works to request a new attempt. Also, the Customer support chat button in the parcel details page opens an empty loading page that never loads. Every time I have to actually call customer support. They're always really nice and helpful, but it's really a hassle. Please make the app useful instead of a hindrance in Postcards service.
