★★★★★ Once or twice each month I order stuff from a specific website and at at least 90% of the times I can already pick it up the next day. I have no idea how you manage to deliver stuff so quickly but I'll definitely give Postcard 5/5. The app is also great, and I appreciate the amount of information it provides and how it regularly gives you updates about the journey.

★★★★★ I don't know why other people have had issues, my experience was good, the instructions in the app were precise and easy to follow. Took 2–3 minutes to set up while I was walking to the pick-up point for my parsel.

★★☆☆☆ No way of contacting support, no way of changing delivery options, it's just a display of frustration every time I need to receive a parcel.

★★☆☆☆ Appalling service. No chat. No call center or telephone no. to call. Waste of time and energy. An app to track and trace, that's it. Should they lose your parcel forget about any help? They demand you to get the app in order to reach to them via chat service. The chat service however is a bot with whom you cannot have a conversation. You receive only some random pre-generated answers. Seriously, save time, energy and above all money with somebody else. Postcard has no customer service whatsoever

★★☆☆☆ They do not deliver on time and always change the conditions and time when they will deliver the package. Horror
