Very good, but confusing when all your messages say you are about to deliver a package to n address, when one already have changed the delivery address to x adresse.

By far the worse service. Couriers drop packages outside the garden, on the street, other times they decide just to leave the packages to the service point. I am avoiding postcard as much as I can.

Add options to add stuff that you have already bought. I bought a prepaid package but did not add my email when I bought it. I only got the qr but not the shipping label. Good luck getting to customer service, and there is no option to add it anywhere afterward. You chatbot also does not work, always loading, you don't have a telephone number. What are people supposed to do?

Awful service and app. Support chat doesn't work, a lot of bugs. The app works slow. About Postcard delivery it's completely unprofessional, my orders almost always are dropped not in chosen pickup points, so you have to go from a half of city to just receive your parcel spending time and money. Website digital support doesn't work, support chat in app doesn't work, phone call costs up to 1euro per minut. It's not reliable company that's officially registered scammers!
