I love your service, delivery speed and reliability BUT it's really annoying that box now tracking URLs do not open the app by default. For example - selling via Vendora and the parcel details are only opening in in-app default browser. So practically I can only use your app if I manually send stuff from it. Not by autogenerated parcels via platforms. Work on claiming those links and integrate them to work seamlessly within the app. :) please

Why in the world are we unable to set a preferred delivery cabinet when receiving packages from shop apps like Temu?! This feels like an insanely horrible oversight. No other issues to speak of, but honestly, having a package get arbitrarily delivered to the other side of my city when I have a box now cabinet literally down the street is frankly infuriating.

You are relocating the delivery of the parcels, based only on the availability of the compartments. However, I am not sure how much you weight you put on the actual distance from the recipient's address to your places. So we end up with an inconvenience instead of a better experience. I had 2 cases where "you" decided, without even asking, to deliver the item 25 minutes away from my house by foot. How do you know that I can walk 25+25 minutes just to pick up a parcel? Sorry, not acceptable.

Awful experiences with Box Now via Temu who have finally stopped using Box Now.... No one to contact, all in Greek and half the boxes either don't work, refuse returns or the displays are burnt out and its guesswork on what you are actually inputting to get your delivery. Needs a major overhaul to fix the issues. Note: The Boxes near me have been removed from the petrol station, they never worked properly...

They say you can change locker ones alone automatically but when you try to do it it shows locker in your town doesn't exist....tried to contact costumer support about error bug ...they gave me automatically replay to do it with app that doesn't show lockers lol, and I sent them a photo for a proof
