Why in the world are we unable to set a preferred delivery cabinet when receiving packages from shop apps like Temu?! This feels like an insanely horrible oversight. No other issues to speak of, but honestly, having a package get arbitrarily delivered to the other side of my city when I have a box now cabinet literally down the street is frankly infuriating.

I love your service, delivery speed and reliability BUT it's really annoying that box now tracking URLs do not open the app by default. For example - selling via Vendora and the parcel details are only opening in in-app default browser. So practically I can only use your app if I manually send stuff from it. Not by autogenerated parcels via platforms. Work on claiming those links and integrate them to work seamlessly within the app. :) please

Well organized, the only negative is that if they don't have a Box Now available where you asked for, many times they send you far from where you live, where there are other options for nearer Box Now.

Terrible customer service. Boxes are not safe and secure as advertised. Only recommended for cheap goods you don't really care if they go missing or damaged.

You are relocating the delivery of the parcels, based only on the availability of the compartments. However, I am not sure how much you weight you put on the actual distance from the recipient's address to your places. So we end up with an inconvenience instead of a better experience. I had 2 cases where "you" decided, without even asking, to deliver the item 25 minutes away from my house by foot. How do you know that I can walk 25+25 minutes just to pick up a parcel? Sorry, not acceptable.

It'r much easier to send parcels via regular website. (Box now.hr) In the app you can't choose the recipient locker via a map. Promotions do not apply. For a non-regular sender, the app seems to be pretty useless. During registration, the system sends the verification code accompanied by a text in GREEK. Why? I'm not even close to Greece.

Your box now on Gosposvetska cesta 84, Maribor, Slovenia is not on Google Maps. It's Damn hard to find. Not on a visible location. Not even marked to see from a far. Who ever was delivering the parcel did not call, did not send a sms. Just put the parcel in your pickup machine. - And he/she put it far away. Not in my near location. Not satisfied at all !! I don't need an app to tell me otherwise.
