Why in the world are we unable to set a preferred delivery cabinet when receiving packages from shop apps like Temu?! This feels like an insanely horrible oversight. No other issues to speak of, but honestly, having a package get arbitrarily delivered to the other side of my city when I have a box now cabinet literally down the street is frankly infuriating.

Well organized, the only negative is that if they don't have a Box Now available where you asked for, many times they send you far from where you live, where there are other options for nearer Box Now.

Parcels never get depo"sited at the correct pick-up location, it's always somewhere much farther away.

Your box now on Gosposvetska cesta 84, Maribor, Slovenia is not on Google Maps. It's Damn hard to find. Not on a visible location. Not even marked to see from a far. Who ever was delivering the parcel did not call, did not send a sms. Just put the parcel in your pickup machine. - And he/she put it far away. Not in my near location. Not satisfied at all !! I don't need an app to tell me otherwise.

I can never change the address. They always send my packages to faraway addresses requiring me to collect them by taxi. When I use the app to change the address to the boxes near me the list only once has ever given me this option. Unfortunately it's Temu that uses their services so I don't have a say.

It'r much easier to send parcels via regular website. (Box now.hr) In the app you can't choose the recipient locker via a map. Promotions do not apply. For a non-regular sender, the app seems to be pretty useless. During registration, the system sends the verification code accompanied by a text in GREEK. Why? I'm not even close to Greece.
