Edit 11/7 Any future purchases will not be considered if VRI is the delivery courier. VRI is appallingly bad. USELESS. If a parcel is picked up JUST TELL ME WHEN YOUR SYSTEM "SEES" IT. I shouldn't have to revert to reviewing this rubbish to get a simple answer!!!!!!!!!

One star is too generous. VRI failed to deliver my parcel, then falsely updated the app to say that I had requested it to be returned. I never requested any return. All delivery details were provided correctly, but the courier still failed to complete the delivery. Customer service gave explanations that did not match the tracking information. Misleading updates, poor communication and unacceptable service. I will avoid using VRI whenever possible.

Shocking It's been so difficult to talk to anyone 3 parcels haven't been delivered and on the automated service it fobs you of then when you try to ring it doesn't work it's a scam
