Suggested improvement.....being able to select more than 1 option for accessibility e.g I need the courier to RING my doorbell, instead of knocking. BUT I also need more time to get to the door. Also, with neighbors, no opportunity to say "Do not deliver to any neighbor".

Not always good Nicolas is fine but other drivers leave the parcels anywhere but your address, and you have to hunt them down even left by the barrier for anyone to pick up.

The customer service is a joke. Very hard to bypass the stupid bot. Never had a problem with VRI until they changed the delivery driver. Was waiting for a parcel yesterday, Said it got delivered at gone 10pm last night. So l checked the app, to see if a picture had been taken. No pictures. So hard to contact them. If not impossible. Really annoying

I am sick of my parcels being delayed or being left on my door step when I live on a main road for anyone to pick up I'm going to ask next can they use a different company to deliver my parcels
