Yeah great delivery man he was earlier than VRI tracking app stated by 3 hours. Really nasty high winds & rain he dealt with that really well, although he was soaked through & got my parcel 📦 to me absolutely dry perfect condition too. Great VRI is a great app helpful tracking updates using it in tandem with the shopping app tracking information that I ordered from. Gives a sense of Peace of mind. Really happy 😊 Thanks 👍

This is the worst courier company ever... thers always issues with parcel deliveries... always delivering my parcels to wrong addresses, I recently chose an option to pickup from a pickup point, still... my parcel hasn't arrived, it is a week late... the level of incompetence at this company is unbelievable. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COURIER SERVICE TO ANYONE.

It's a shame to have to write this as the app is actually the best out of uk couriers, but unfortunately the company behind it are totally useless! Do not trust VRI! I now contact sellers prior to ordering and will buy elsewhere if they ship with VRI! Employers of criminals! The fact you abandon packages in full view of the road is bad enough, but, after catching a courier stealing from my property, how dare you people send that same courier back to my property again?? NEVER AGAIN!!!
