VRI are great these days and their app actually offers honest tracking compared to many which seem to update with fictional events. I always choose VRI where possible over Royal Mail, DPD, yodel, relay etc. as they have been super reliable and the app just makes it a more complete experience that allows for plans to be made around deliveries. Excellent, change nothing !!!

A good service for delivery a bit I have a slight issue with late delivery a and had to contact VRI customer service to find my parcels, I think if this could improve it would be a great service

Everytime I try to load this app I just get a blue circle spinning round and the app never loads, this has been happening for months now and is very frustrating, and also its very frustrating that you can't speak to a person when you have issues with deliveries, I recently had a parcel due, there was no attempt to deliver it and VRI decided to send it back, I couldn't get through to a person to find out why they had done this, it's very frustrating.

This service is last, couriers saying they have attempted delivery 3 times yet no one turns up. 6 days later, with half of the ordered parcels, parcels arrive late, parcels getting lost in their systems, and damaged parcels, parcels being delivered to the wrong address, then taking pictures of other property's and saying they have called. Customer service people who are not good at dealing with customers at all and think an apology will do. The list is endless. And robots that are 🗑
