Probably the second-best courier app I've used as someone receiving a parcel, never used it to send a parcel. The app works well, it keeps it simple, and autopopulates my deliveries reliably, so I don't need to bother with pasting in tracking numbers. I would note about VRI in general outside the app, I think the quality of your local courier can make a big difference, and when ours changed a few years ago I went from rating them the worst courier service to one of the best for me.

App is OK but just keeps reporting multiple delivery failures, and I have never received a parcel yet when VRI is the courier company.

Good app. But wish you could delete parcels off your tracking list, for some reason its added random tracking codes for parcels that don't exist that are just sitting constantly on my tracking list. Tried to contact their support but the bot will only allow you to speak about individual parcels. I just want a way to remove parcels from my tracking, they don't exist and are just sat at the 'we're expecting it' stage.
