I have the best customer service from my local post office, we know each other by first name I got free eggs today, and they truly do go above and beyond. The app is easy to use, so it's a win there too and being able to do customs declaration forms myself saves the ladies a heap of work at the receiving end, and I've never lost anything, so I am a happy Australia Post customer and long may it be so

Great parcel service as always. My worry is that with increasing electronic media scams, we are still seeing a decrease in paper communications (letters etc.) which are, by far, more secure than email or messaging will ever be. So many Australian jobs in postal, stationery, paper, printing and timber, are being lost to electronic communication with few benefits and exponential growth of disadvantages such as phishing and scamming, and other on-line fraud. - If it ain't broke don't fix it" -

Useless. Told us our package had been delivered to a parcel locker we don't usually use. Went to the locker. No code in the app. Went to our usual parcel locker to see if the code would appear. Three different people standing outside the parcel locker with the same issue, no code.

It's fun to find out though this app that you have paid for Australia Post to pretend they're going to deliver it to a parcel locker. They've done this so many times I've lost count. Failing to deliver the parcel is the new standard. Working in an office watching the postie deliver pick up parcel cards instead of the actual parcels gives the game away.

Overall pretty s@#$ postal service, if they don't damage or lose your parcel. The delivery driver will get to your house and claim it's not accessible and return your parcel to a non-local post office.

Australia Post staff facilitate mail theft including by senior postmaster employees under the camera outside post offices. They primarily focus on theft of evidence that exposes the willful satanistism of Psychiatry as the clinically proven fraud that it is to prevent the willful satanists who work in the industry being jailed for life and violently murdered by repeated cyclones. They also assist willfully corrupt police with mail theft for divided theft and bank fraud and tax fraud.
