★★☆☆☆ I received a courtesy call from Alison attempting to cover for the postie and not wanting to hear the facts of the matter. She ticked the box and called me, so I guess her job is done. Typical lack of customer service. Do I feel like the service will be better in the future...NO WAY! The lazy postie is still going to pretend to deliver packages, forcing me to pick up at the post office which is not what the vendor, or I paid for. Still poor service, only exasperated by Alison's call.

★★☆☆☆ The delivery guy for Nelson Bay is so slow you get a message saying your parcel is out delivery, so you wait all day then you inquire where your parcel is at the end of day. And the excuses start he ran out of time and so on I think he needs to find a new job. Very poor service
