When we have so many disappointments to manage when buying services I find Outpost to be a pleasant exception. It should be the model of success every Government department or Aust business aspires to be like. No worries about packages not being delivered, parcels are trackable - a very useful feature and delivery is done in a very reasonable time. It's a thumbs up from me.

Amazing! This Australia Post app is an absolute god send! Instantly as soon as a parcel for me is sent I am notified! Very fast and so efficient! Easy to keep track of parcels coming and going! An absolute treat to owning a smartphone! You can locate any post office in Australia! It has locations of parcel pick-ups, you can pay a bill using the app, you can locate any Australian town postcode, you can find prices for the sizes of you package if you're intending on sending it. You can do so much!

A bit of misleading and false advertising going on, so they can get a fake boost of app user count. I got an email from Australia Post saying that to get the image of an attempted delivery I need to get the app. I got the app, and it said I need to sign up. I sign up, and it says I need to authenticate my email, I do that it says I need to authenticate my phone, I do that, and it says there is no image available for this delivery!

Australia Post have lost my replacement car alternator which I needed as soon as possible as my car is broken down. Australia Post in my opinion charge a premium price for a poor service. Unfortunately not the first time that they have lost my parcels. Then they have this ridiculous time frame before they will investigate. Then they won't report their results to the receiver. They have had paid a disgusting amount of money to CEO who gives away expensive watches at taxpayer expense.
