Amazing! This Australia Post app is an absolute god send! Instantly as soon as a parcel for me is sent I am notified! Very fast and so efficient! Easy to keep track of parcels coming and going! An absolute treat to owning a smartphone! You can locate any post office in Australia! It has locations of parcel pick-ups, you can pay a bill using the app, you can locate any Australian town postcode, you can find prices for the sizes of you package if you're intending on sending it. You can do so much!

Most disgraceful company I've ever had to deal. They answer to no one. . Nothing is ever their fault. Caught out lying multiple times. Couriers signing of packages that no one else can sign for. and I have to cop it. Altho there terms are clear. Even when I called explained no one home. don't leave. He said he felt comfortable with the man with the dog out the front of my place. Still no compensation. Putrid. Disgrace is outpost. Also express post. Never next day. Jokers

Hopeless delivery system. Package went back and forth from airport to Sth East suburb next to me!! Then to suburb in the west, back to south East, then to north, back to south East near me. Then sorting center for a couple of days. . Then finally to me!! Service is not great!!! That devil Logo???? Was ridiculous and seemed like a scammer interference!!

1. Set the preferred post office, and it will be taken to the closest post office not the one requested 2. Set where the parcel is to be left, and it may or may not be left there What is the point of this app if Australia Post is just going to do as they please and not what the customer requests?
