I have had a good experience with the App. It's definitely a lot handy that going to my local Aus post to put money in my card. They looked at me sometimes like, why are u here? Just put money in using the App.

App experience is total Rubbish. OTP doesn't work from the app or the website. Fix it! Why use a system that asks for a password, then you have to use an OTP. Just make it one or the other! Typical updated garbage pushed out to users, so they can be the test dummies!

Too much drama logging in each time, email, last 4 digits of card, then annoying prompts every login like "multiple currency no longer a thing as of 23rd april" etc. yeah. I get it. So why tell me more than once. Why make logins tedious. Why can't I reload automatically through BPay. The list goes on.

Every time I use it it's like the first time - it completely forgets I've ever used it before. Very annoying. Also, when I save a Visa card in there it appears as a MasterCard the next time I try to use it - so it never works again. I need to add the payment card every single time. (probs the best anyway, do I trust these clowns to securely store my card details?)
