I use this in Australia and overseas. It's peace of mind for me that I'm not using my main bank card. I feel safer

I have had a good experience with the App. It's definitely a lot handy that going to my local Aus post to put money in my card. They looked at me sometimes like, why are u here? Just put money in using the App.

Logon screen designed for new cardholder, rather than established cardholder. So it takes quite some time just to logon. Also some notice keeps appearing every time the app presents a new page, really annoying. This app is suitable for the 1980s it really is an MVP, wake up Aussie Post your incompetence is really showing

Hard to find any info you need like direct debit, most functions you take for granted in other apps aren't here, the regular bank transfer to the card has stopped working which was essential for my caring duties and the support number bounces you around and calls back on international numbers. Edit to add: constant bugs. 80% of the time basic features like adding money do not work, it misreads it as being an empty field or incompatible currency even for the same currency.

Every time I use it it's like the first time - it completely forgets I've ever used it before. Very annoying. Also, when I save a Visa card in there it appears as a MasterCard the next time I try to use it - so it never works again. I need to add the payment card every single time. (probs the best anyway, do I trust these clowns to securely store my card details?)

Too much drama logging in each time, email, last 4 digits of card, then annoying prompts every login like "multiple currency no longer a thing as of 23rd april" etc. yeah. I get it. So why tell me more than once. Why make logins tedious. Why can't I reload automatically through BPay. The list goes on.
