π Sending without a label
You can send your parcel conveniently with InPost Mobile – without printing a shipping label, 24/7, via any Parcel Locker®. All you have to do is open the locker remotely with one click, scan the QR code, or enter the shipping code on the screen of the Parcel Locker®!
π Opening the locker remotely
One of the main features of the app is remote locker opening – no need to touch the Paczkomat® screen. Just tap “Open locker remotely” and it will open on its own!
π Extending the collection deadline
App users can easily extend the pickup time for their Paczkomat® parcel by 24 hours. Twelve hours before the deadline, a “Extend” button will appear in the app – just tap it, pay, and you’re all set!
π Returning packages quickly and conveniently
Tired of online shopping returns? Not with us. Every InPost Mobile user can conveniently return a parcel to partner stores! You do not need to print a shipping label, just fill in the return details and send the parcel from any Parcel Locker®.
π Redirecting courier parcels without any problem
Not home for your InPost courier? Click “Redirect” in the app and choose a new delivery option: Parcel Locker®, PUDO point, or a neighbour’s address.
π Placing a parcel in the Ease of Access Zone
The Ease of Access Zone is a solution that allows parcels to be delivered to lower lockers in the Parcel Locker®. This functionality is meant for people with disabilities and those short of stature. If you want the parcel to be placed in the Zone, select the "Activate" button in the details of the parcel.
π Picking up shipments using the Multi-locker functionality
Multi-locker is an option that allows you to receive multiple parcels from a single locker in a Parcel Locker®. Packages that have been included in the Multi-locker are collected in the app in one message and highlighted in blue.
π Parcel Lockers® are always close to you
You can easily find any Parcel Locker® or PUDO point in the app. All you need to do is click on the map and, if you have location services enabled, the application will show you the nearest InPost delivery points.
π Always know where your package is
Using the app, you can keep track of all the shipments you are waiting for. Notifications will keep you up to date with changes in shipment status. Your shipments ordered in the last 30 days, will be visible in the app after logging in.
π Paying cashless for cash on delivery shipments

How do I change my email address linked to the profile if I have no access to it and can't get through MFA? No one is available in the chat support, same for hotline.

Did you update the app?. Suddenly it asked me to login again. When trying login it constantly says" Double-check your number and try again" blocking me from completion of login process. Wat have you done??? Is this problem specific for me, or you just neglect on bug fixing? Inpost used to be a good service earlier.

Today I tried to get my parcel, but did not get success. Box clicked but could not open its door. After a couple of attempts I saw the message on the display, like "ups, sorry, I can not... Please contact by the phone .... box No ... code ...". Guys, you have the App! Isn't it so hard to add context menu point to the parcel properties "unable to get" with optional field for description? Why I need to call if I can use App?

The app was perfect until it kicked me out of my account, and when I logged back in, it forced me to enter a bunch of personal information, including my exact address, zip code, full name, blood test, fingerprints. This information is: 1) completely unnecessary for the only action - receiving a notification and conveniently opening the parcel terminal with a button in the app; 2) may be temporary - not all of your users live in Poland; 3) isn't even used as a delivery address afterward

Used to be the best app for picking up and sending parcels. The last update turned it into an obnoxious machine optimized for dragging you into buying more things, and torturing people with motion sensitivity. No reduced motion in the settings. The moronic dog animation marking the "buy" button won't stop playing. Want to just pick up a parcel? No, you have to buy buy buy, and we won't let you focus on anything else! The layout got horrible too - everything is bigger, but not more readable at all

I am in the U.S. The app requires an Italian or Polish phone number to begin. I am unable to bypass this...
