We install smart lockers in your building, allowing you to receive your packages without having to be at home.

How do I start using Citibox?
Once the lockers have been installed in your building, follow these steps:
Download the Citibox app. Register in the app. It will only take 3 minutes. When purchasing online, indicate your usual address and add (Delivery to Citibox locker) And... that's it! You can purchase online as before but without having to wait for the courier.
How do I know that my package has arrived at the Citibox locker?
We will notify you through the app indicating the locker number where your package is located. Once you are in front of the locker, enter the first character of the code next to the QR code. We will then provide you with a unique 4-digit code. Pick up your order and close the mailbox. It's that easy!

The use and maintenance of Citibox lockers is completely free. There is no cost to the building or the residents.

Useless. Nobody answers the support phone. Parcels delivered to whom? Not me because they don't show in your app. App that I did not want to install, but for some reason, the delivery guy decided to put my parcel inside your box.

It would be nice if when you're choosing a password, you don't have to guess if it's already taken or not. I've been going at it for 20 minutes and still can't find a valid password.

It's a very disturbing experience. Haven't received my parcel, and it hasn't shared code to me my parcel is lying in the locker haven't been able to open it
