Is it due to the Spring Bank Hols? Today also yesterday, the app just seems to keep on 'swirling' without actually opening. I removed then reloaded but, to no avail. Internet connection otherwise, is smooth.

Horrible experience, delivery man is not bothered to read 4 notes saying that the doorbell is out of service and just decides to leave and say the address is incorrect. Granted that it's not the delivery man's or Postal's fault, but they should put in place a system to mitigate the issue by allowing their personnel to call the clients if the doorbell doesn't work, for ex. also the lack of a live tracking with gps is a big negative cuz at least with that system I would've been able to anticipate.

Packets are delivered as they fancy. It says that it will be dropped off to one place, they deliver to another. Even with post point delivery, you cannot be sure where your parcel will go. If it is supposed to be delivered on the weekend, forget it. They claim that even packages that are physically too big to be delivered, were delivered to the post box. They are leaving your post unattended in the publicly accessible corridors. It's one of the worst delivery services in the land.
