Is it due to the Spring Bank Hols? Today also yesterday, the app just seems to keep on 'swirling' without actually opening. I removed then reloaded but, to no avail. Internet connection otherwise, is smooth.

You're not allowed to have the word "spam" in your email anywhere. The "there is an update available" goes over the whole menu bar. So the menu is unusable the first minute. Dark mode widget has been broken for months now

Packets are delivered as they fancy. It says that it will be dropped off to one place, they deliver to another. Even with post point delivery, you cannot be sure where your parcel will go. If it is supposed to be delivered on the weekend, forget it. They claim that even packages that are physically too big to be delivered, were delivered to the post box. They are leaving your post unattended in the publicly accessible corridors. It's one of the worst delivery services in the land.

- Package delivery options not respected - False pop-ups - Tracking with no updates - Tracking info is often plain wrong - Tracking links that don't show up - No information on sender - Wrong time estimates - Dead tracking links, never delivered - Rather annoying commercials. 7-2026: It's gotten much worse, complete false info on tracking. I don't know how it could possibly get this bad.

Postnl now takes a week to make a parcel to arrive! This app reflects this. It is worthless! No support with anything. They let A.I. do the talking! Worst postage company ever!!!

After so-called privacy Update it became useless. It doesn't show your mail any more unless it exactly matches the name you have registered. Example today I had 8 eight items in my mailbox. Some using initials, with and without dots, full name, calling name etc. The app didn't show any mail. Delivery schedule of packages is also unreliable. I received my package planned for Monday only on Thursday. No updates where given in the meantime. If you use the contact button, you get a useless chatbot
