App was upgraded recently, smoother user experience but still major edit limitations. For example if your source picture is 9/16 it will be automatically cropped to the postcard format 3/2. No way to keep the original ratio with increased white space on top/bottom. Another issue: the picture library displayed by default is the one on the phone. If you have your save your pictures on the phone sd card you need to select the camera icon to access your main picture folder, this is not intuitive.

Easy to send postal cards. The cards are not easy to find on holiday these days. And the ones you send through this app are personalized. On top, the card is delivered before you are back from your holiday.

Impossible to reset password, I have bought credit but Impossible to reset the password, I tried several times but never got the email to reset the password and cannot find contact number like phone or email.

Important-this app has lots of bugs which aren't fixed yet. The company afbersises offers, but it does not care about making a good functional app.

The features are difficult to use, there's no fingerprint login (I always forget my password and the "always signed in" does not seem to work), this updated app did not keep the past addresses I used in the address book, the pop-up asking if I want to add a video kept on popping back, the history of the cards I sent is gone too
