Easy to send postal cards. The cards are not easy to find on holiday these days. And the ones you send through this app are personalized. On top, the card is delivered before you are back from your holiday.

Happy user for years, reminded to buy extra credits this year. But now, when trying to send cards during my trip, the app is 'evolving' and credits no longer work—while crashing constantly right before payment. Suddenly remembering last year's poor, pixelated quality, I switched to My Postcard, way better for the same price. Another bpost project down the drain... It's bound to end in bankruptcy.

Impossible to reset password, I have bought credit but Impossible to reset the password, I tried several times but never got the email to reset the password and cannot find contact number like phone or email.

After I've made an account I cannot log in. It automatically switches to my browser to login but then when it switches back to the app, im not logged in, but it says 'you have successfully signed off from your single sign on session' and then I cant use the app anymore. I don't get it.
