This app allows me to send tangible, personalized postcards to friends and family while abroad. So I definitely love that aspect. It's very user-friendly, and comes with the necessary bells and whistles. However, the app does crash every now and then while editing your postcard. Especially while trying to import an address directly from your contacts, so that can use some improvement for sure.

A lot of bugs, not clear, and we don't get a final confirmation of what exactly has been sent and whether it's been sent through priority or not. Very frustrating

The features are difficult to use, there's no fingerprint login (I always forget my password and the "always signed in" does not seem to work), this updated app did not keep the past addresses I used in the address book, the pop-up asking if I want to add a video kept on popping back, the history of the cards I sent is gone too

The idea of the app is great, but several features are missing. When editing the text you wrote you have to write it all again. When sending to more than 1 person you can afterward not see to whom you sent it. Never managed to send to the UK but without any problem foe FR, CH or MEX. You cannot export/import adresses. But quality of cards sent is OK, and they arrived on time. For ordering you have to click too often to confirm you will use 1 credit.

Had to uninstall and reinstall to avoid constant crashes. Can't access WhatsApp images directly, need to make screenshots first before I can use them on a postcard. In the other hand, cards look good and always arrive on time.
