I've been banking at the Baytown branch for 20 yrs and the same wonderful people have been there to help me with whatever I needed. They are knowledgeable and competent. Slow, doesn't update and has caused me a lot of extra money and unnecessary fees. Costing me unnecessary time with the federal trade commission.

The old system may have been clunky and limited, but at least I didn't have to have my password reset 3 times in 6 weeks because the system crashed. Seriously considering moving my banking elsewhere.

I gave 1 star bc I do like the biometrics login option. But other than that, this new app is horrible and does not show accurate balances and transactions in real time. About to start looking for a different credit union.

Too difficult to access and maneuver once you gain access
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
