Great but, But I don't get the "rate slider" shown above when I finish a hang, set or workout. Why is that ?

Good training app but could easily be made better. Needs an option to customize durations of hang and rest in the workouts, so people can build up slowly rather than go straight into hard workouts.

I love the timer and colors. Decent training app and I use it regularly. A help section would be good, to explain the different finger settings, so you know what a four finger half chisel is compared to a four finger open, on the same hold.

Disappointing as a paid for app. Has helpful images of the grip types,
obviously the built-in Beast maker workouts, and clear workout timers, but
that's about all that's good. There's no option to adjust the hang/rest
times, the beep for the end of a rest phase only gives 4 seconds to jump
back on the board, custom workouts can't be augmented with stock pictures,
the timer stops when the app is not in focus. Seem like easy things to fix.
Better to download a workout sheet online and use a stock timer app.
