Works well and is just as easy as Uber or Lyft. Be aware that the previewed price in the app is NOT real - it's just a hold on your card, and the amount you pay is what's on the meter at end of your cab ride (and it's always MUCH less than hold amount. )

Great app except 1. Estimate of time not accurate. Seems to be 1 minute all the time. But the cabs do come quickly 2. I find to adjust where you are to be accurate is very difficult. I try and usually give up and call the driver.

Prebooking is great, and the drivers are very reliable compared to Uber where I'll have drivers cancel last minute, or sit in one spot for 20 min until I cancel, or they activate my ride without ever picking be up, so I still get charged. Beck drivers have been completely reliable so far + safe Pricing is also much better since tax is included and no misc fees 2 issues-sometimes you don't get an option to add a tip after the ride. And eta for driver arrival is abysmal, but you can see them on map

Beck is very good. The app sucks. Always wildly wrong wait times. Map never updates taxi location. And don't ever change your phone number. It cannot be changed in the app. You'll have to uninstall the app, lose all your settings, payment info & ride history, re-install the app, and re-enter everything. App is worse now than when I first installed it 3 years ago.

No Choice But Rate 1 Since I Can't Rate. Called for a taxi a week ago, the dispatcher told me 5–10 mins. A little over half an hour we were still waiting. I call back and was told the driver came but nobody was there. A lie because we were there waiting. They said they'd reassign a cab and they'd call when the cab was close. Nobody called. Took us from 10 pm to 12am to get home when we were only maximum 15 minutes away.

This app is not good. You can't add a tip after your ride; you can only set one tip for all your rides, which is ridiculous: my tip for a longer ride will be more than for a shorter ride, duh. The time it gives you for when your driver will pick you up is always wrong; it will say 1 minute and the driver shows up 5-10 minutes later. And the drivers are generally bad, sometimes dangerous. If I weren't trying to support local businesses over American ride-shares, I would never use this app.
