To begin using the CO-OP Taxi application today: • Download the free app • Create an account (Email, Name, Phone #) • Validate your account (via the confirmation SMS you receive) • Login to the app • Enter your pick-up address • Enter your destination address (this allows us to provide an estimated fare amount) • Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or for a future time/date)
On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pick-up location.
The CO-OP Taxi application retains a history of your previous reservations (up to 30 days) for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favourite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed the booking process.
You can also customize your orders by selecting the number of passengers, preferred vehicle type, and preferred method of payment. These preferences can be saved to your account profile for future bookings.

Easy to pre-book a trip and the driver arrived early. They send you a confirmation text that your driver is on their way with their cab number, and call you when they arrive. However, remember to validate your email. The email went to spam, so I didn't validate until a few minutes before my trip, and I don't know what would have happened to my pre-booking if I hadn't double-checked. Paid cash without an issue, just clicked "pay in car" prior to the trip. Would use again!

Don't use this company!!!! They overcharge on every ride. A $9 uber ride costs $17 and all you get is dirty, broke down, late and rude drivers..... save your money use Uber or Yellow or Buses just DO NOT USE THEM

Sadly the app needs some work. The drivers and service I'd rate higher. The app defaults to using GPS to get your pickup location, but it frequently gets it wrong, and it isn't obvious how to see the actual pickup address. It has resulted in more than a few troubles with pickup for me

30 minute wait on an airport pickup that said 1 minute. 2 driver cancelations. Terrible driving by the chap that finally grabbed me. Do better

Since the update can't book a taxi they should return it to the previous one
