Sometimes it takes too long to get a yellow cab taxi on the north side. I definitely would prefer more yellow cabs on the north side because they have much better rates than co-op taxi.

I ordered a cab 178. I received the number of the cab by text message. I stood outside waiting for this cab. I watched this cab drive right by me and park over by subway in a little mall strip beside Jasper Ave. The cab driver called telling me that he is parked behind my place. There is no alley for this strip mall. I told the driver I did see him drive right by me, and he parked by subway. He proceeded to argue with me. I will never call this company. I'm very disappointed.

Always choose pay in car. App constantly lies about the price. Drivers not professional enough like Uber to be giving out your credit card. App also constantly lies about drivers arrival time

Too slow like really slow every time we book a taxi it will say 2 mins, and you can see the taxi on map he's not moving and even after 20 mins the site still says 2 minutes away and if it costs $17 or $4 or $8 yellow cab always takes $20 extra why? I don't know, and re deposit it 3 days later in your account and when u ask them they say they don't know what I'm talking about if the place where your going is $8 and only have $10 in your account it becomes declined because you have to have $28
