Wonderful ride to my appointment. Arrived at destination with plenty of time to spare. Driver was most pleasant!!

Sometimes it takes too long to get a yellow cab taxi on the north side. I definitely would prefer more yellow cabs on the north side because they have much better rates than co-op taxi.

Favorite cab company and app in Edmonton. Flat rates and affordable prices 👌 meters run by GPS, unlike other local companies plus no matter where or time always had an available driver within minutes. Real time location and pickup alerts as well

Wanted to take a local cab instead of an Uber, so I installed and opened the app. Had to enter a phone number and enter a PIN. Took forever for the PIN to arrive. Once I entered the pin, had to enter an email. Really? Then I hade to enter my name for the drivers to know what to call me. Ummm. I'll tell them when I get in the car. Then I was asked to create a password. Then I ordered an Uber.

I try to support local, but the app doesn't work as well as Uber. I'll see a taxi on the map 1 block from me, but it will take 10-20 minutes for it to arrive. 1 time, after waiting 15 min and being notified that the driver was 1 min away, it switched to another driver that was 10 min away. Also, no way to disable annoying "sale" notifications without totally disabling app notifications.
