Favorite cab company and app in Edmonton. Flat rates and affordable prices 👌 meters run by GPS, unlike other local companies plus no matter where or time always had an available driver within minutes. Real time location and pickup alerts as well

Sometimes it takes too long to get a yellow cab taxi on the north side. I definitely would prefer more yellow cabs on the north side because they have much better rates than co-op taxi.

I try to support local, but the app doesn't work as well as Uber. I'll see a taxi on the map 1 block from me, but it will take 10-20 minutes for it to arrive. 1 time, after waiting 15 min and being notified that the driver was 1 min away, it switched to another driver that was 10 min away. Also, no way to disable annoying "sale" notifications without totally disabling app notifications.

The app or cab company are too greedy, they take a large percentage of every trip from the drivers. So obviously the drivers ask you to cancel the trip and oay directly EVERY SINGLE TIME. So now you've ruined the entire convenience with greed. I use taxi to avoid paying greedy rideshare app owners but this app is just as bad.
