Sometimes it takes too long to get a yellow cab taxi on the north side. I definitely would prefer more yellow cabs on the north side because they have much better rates than co-op taxi.

I ordered a cab 178. I received the number of the cab by text message. I stood outside waiting for this cab. I watched this cab drive right by me and park over by subway in a little mall strip beside Jasper Ave. The cab driver called telling me that he is parked behind my place. There is no alley for this strip mall. I told the driver I did see him drive right by me, and he parked by subway. He proceeded to argue with me. I will never call this company. I'm very disappointed.

Absolutely useless when you actually need it and the fact that they pre-authorize the amount before they even verify that a driver will match with you left me in a situation where I ended up requesting a cab 4 separate times from different locations in the hopes I would actually get a driver to match and come pick me up. Then the $200+ hold on my money left me stranded with no way to get anywhere in a not great part of the city. Uninstalling and will never use this app again. Uber for life.

The app or cab company are too greedy, they take a large percentage of every trip from the drivers. So obviously the drivers ask you to cancel the trip and oay directly EVERY SINGLE TIME. So now you've ruined the entire convenience with greed. I use taxi to avoid paying greedy rideshare app owners but this app is just as bad.
