★★★★★
I love reliable. But they are extremely busy, so you just gotta keep calling if you can't get a taxi on the app.
★★★★★
Great app for a small company, the app is super easy to use. It even tells you how much it will cost and how long it will take to get there. And you can get the alerts when your cab is outside!
★★★★★
Only because of Jamal N the lady other than that they SUCK BOSS TOO
★★☆☆☆
If crunched for time don't count on Reliable; there would be 7 cabs w/in 2 blocks of where I live, yet it takes up to 10 mins to get a response n then 10 mins to see they are on their way. N, the worst is when they cancel your trip request w/out call in u to let u kno their cab broke down. They just cancel.
★★☆☆☆
This is the worst app I've ever used in my life. It's so slow, and it takes
forever to find a ride. Also, the card never works. And then update you
after you gotten in the cab and see your destination that your cab is on
the way. Also the card part isn't working, and it won't let me delete my
card out. Uninstalled the app without a second thought. Best part about it
is you can contact your drive. Pure trash
