Always friendly & dependable In the age of Uber and Lyft, I am so grateful for this service. I never need to worry about the person driving me (scary serial killer van moments all women understand). I don't need to worry if 5 minutes is actually 25 minutes. Plus I know the drivers are professional and understand the island. Finally, each time I call ahead to arrange a ride for a later time, the staff who answer the phone are helpful and filled with aloha.

I was in Hawaii last Oct 2024. I am disabled and the access a ride refused to take me and my co travelers to the airport citing too much luggage. Charley's driver took me and the luggage. He loaded the luggage and we were grateful. The App worked wonderfully

Tried to get a ride to the airport. I booked a reservation on the app but no show at the time I requested. I called dispatch, and they didn't even have a cab in the area, what's the point of reserving? If you're going to try and compete with Uber and have an app at least try to be on the same level.

They give you time and (partial) cost estimate but then - during busy times - there are no cabs to satisfy your order so the estimate is fake.

Installed the application and waited for a code that never came. Completely useless.

Don't trust the ETA provided by the app. Charley's Taxi service is great for advanced scheduled reservations that you made by calling their dispatch number a few days in advance. Make sure you get a text with confirmation number. This app is Not great for near time booking. This app does not help in any ways for that need.
