Such a laggy app. Often I can't load my transaction details and despite clicking on the right transaction category it assigns a different one or fails to update it about half the time.

For the love of everything holy, please add the running account balance per transaction. BECU already takes so long to process transactions that the app might as well be guessing my balance amount each day, and would be about as useful.

Current Review: "They replaced their human-first messenger service which was great with an AI-first model which is garbage. Tell your C-suite to pull their heads out of their butts. CUSTOMERS DON'T WANT AI IN THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY WANT TO TALK TO OTHER HUMANS! The app is otherwise pretty good."

It is sooooooooooo frustrating paying bills, and they do not reflect in your recent transactions yet, the money is subtracted from your account. I hate this app. My last bank app was far better, way more accurate. I need to know all the details, right away, at my fingertips, just like my other banks do. Also, BECU makes it impossible to transfer money to another credit union within the app, just absolutely impossible, it's ridiculous.... ALL... my other banks apps work just fine............
