I have nothing at all to say negative about BECU from there online banking, video banking to the checking and saving accts, to the mobile app. I experienced not but the best from anyone and everyone I've dealt with throughout the entire BECU organization. Great job to all. My vote goes to them 110 % Awesome credit union

It is sooooooooooo frustrating paying bills, and they do not reflect in your recent transactions yet, the money is subtracted from your account. I hate this app. My last bank app was far better, way more accurate. I need to know all the details, right away, at my fingertips, just like my other banks do. Also, BECU makes it impossible to transfer money to another credit union within the app, just absolutely impossible, it's ridiculous.... ALL... my other banks apps work just fine............

I wrote the original review in November 2024. When I log in now I can't see anything within the past 3 hours on the app. I have to log into the website to be able to view recent charges and ensure that my balance is actually correct... more than a year and a half later. ***The app almost never shows the same account activity as logging into the website. My available balance will often change without being able to see the deposit or the withdrawal responsible for the balance change...
