I love the app, easy to use, insightful and helpful. Lots of features that are easy to use. Example, getting up bill pay, and transfers even to other accounts. 4.5 stars. Although I don't like how my checking balance goes up without showing what was deposited for a while. Other banking apps show pending deposits right away, becu app takes a little time before showing you transactions that caused your balances to increase. Otherwise, Great app.

I keep having the same issue with the app where it won't accept my log in repeatedly, which prompts me multiple times a month to reset my password. I have tried: -redownloading the app -checking for updates -changing my password at least 10 times now - I triple check my spelling -I have tried copy and pasting please fix this I haven't had many issues, overall ive had a great experience, but this is making me want to change banks. Often times I need to check my account quickly on the go.

Bafflingly incompetent security features. I was locked out of my own account since I was on cellular instead of Wi-Fi even after entering my CORRECT credentials multiple times over. Now I cannot access my own money and am at the mercy of awful telephone customer service

Used to be a great app. I love credit unions. But it's getting slower and slower to the point of being unusable. Takes minutes to change a drop. So sending money to a different account can take 5 to 10 minutes with the 3 drop-downs. Opening the app is impossibly, painfully slow. The Web page loads instantly. What is the app doing???
