One of the best experiences I've had in a financial institution non-judgmental or anything they made it so easy it was great and wonderful. The app is really glitchy, alot of times it won't sync when signing in... I find myself always looking for options NOT within app or menu. This seems weird to me because the others usually have these options. In other words... It's truly missing stuff and feels a little incomplete. Needs to measure up to the Union it represents.

It is sooooooooooo frustrating paying bills, and they do not reflect in your recent transactions yet, the money is subtracted from your account. I hate this app. My last bank app was far better, way more accurate. I need to know all the details, right away, at my fingertips, just like my other banks do. Also, BECU makes it impossible to transfer money to another credit union within the app, just absolutely impossible, it's ridiculous.... ALL... my other banks apps work just fine............

I wrote the original review in November 2024. When I log in now I can't see anything within the past 3 hours on the app. I have to log into the website to be able to view recent charges and ensure that my balance is actually correct... more than a year and a half later. ***The app almost never shows the same account activity as logging into the website. My available balance will often change without being able to see the deposit or the withdrawal responsible for the balance change...

For the love of everything holy, please add the running account balance per transaction. BECU already takes so long to process transactions that the app might as well be guessing my balance amount each day, and would be about as useful.
