It's my go-to food app It's fast and the service is amazing plus they're professional they tell u if the prices of the food on the app are the same in the restaurant I just think the delivery sometimes is way too expensive it reaches the price of the food and that's my only complaint and one more thing that they put the picture of the delivery guy but when they come I'll be surprised that they're very different from the picture they put in the app I wish they could work on it

Having my order canceled after 3 hours of waiting is unacceptable and then having the audacity to say "Sorry", not even getting a discount for the inconvenience...an absolute horrible experience

Worst customer service ever! I had my order delivered wrong, they "texted" me THE NEXT DAY to talk about it, even tho I described it when I rated my bad order the day before and included a photo of it, they asked for a photo again cuz "they can't find the one I sent them", how on earth am I supposed to have a photo of an order I threw in the trash the day before? And how would it help at all to discuss this with me the next day !? Just to give a "discount" code for future orders ?? Tragic.

Prices are higher than the restaurants for no reason, the app stopped working when I activated a coupon and the support team didn't do anything about it no refund no nothing, bad customer experience
